Welcome Jessi Briggs
GJM is delighted to welcome Jessi Briggs on board as an Associate. Jessi is a heritage consultant and historian, specialising in built heritage. She has extensive experience in historical research and the identification and assessment of cultural heritage and worked as a heritage consultant at Context from 2011-15.
Jessi has a diverse set of skills and is able to provide advice in relation to the preparation of heritage assessments, conservation management plans, planning scheme amendments, the assessment of archaeological sites, online community engagement and the interpretation of heritage places. Jessi has extensive experience undertaking historical research into localities, places and people and is also proficient at GIS mapping.
To top it all off Jessi teaches architectural history at the University of Melbourne and is throughly lovely – we’re very excited to welcome her to the GJM team!
